Our Continuous Care Program International (CCPI)® is designed around the individual needs of our international clients receiving healthcare in Switzerland. CCPI enables holistic healthcare management of transitioning periods during and after illness or surgery. We create your care plan based on your needs to increase your self-efficacy and life quality.

 

With CCPI you receive state-of-the-art care throughout the process of discharge from a healthcare institution, during travel to your international home and in the period of adapting to your home routine. We set up a medically relevant system to enable your recovery process to continue. It includes a full handover of care to your local medical doctor and support you to find and train local nurses if further nursing care is needed. We support you with claims of your international insurance after you have received healthcare treatment in Switzerland.
